• Remain calm and compliant
• Use under grip on wrist and rotate
• With other hand do same form a heart shape around the wrist
• Turn arm so their inside elbow facing upward
• Throw shoulder upward and pull their wrist down with extreme force
• Create space or continue to attack
• Scan for next threat
