It is important to train as realistically as possible but ALWAYS with safety paramount for both you and your training partners. It should go without saying (but you'd be surprised) that in no instance - NOT EVER - should real weapons be used. Always wear the correct safety equipment. Ultra Krav Maga take no responsibility for any injuries caused whilst following these videos. It is the responsibility of the individual(s) to take all necessary precautions to train safely.
