Ground Side Choke into Arm Bar

To escape side choke:
• Bring feet up to your bum
• Pluck and control arm and finger tip press throat of attacker to create space
• Pull bum onto the attackers thigh and your shin across their chest
• Straight stomp kick to attackers face
• Press attacker away with shin and continue to kick
• Get up in appropriate way
• Scan for second attacker
To apply arm bar:
• Bring feet up to your bum
• Pluck and control arm and finger tip press throat of attacker to create space
• Pull bum onto the attackers thigh and your shin across their chest
• Straight stomp kick to attackers face
• Press attacker away with shin
• Bring leg over head and force attacker down
• Pull attacker into body and apply Arm bar
• Apply leverage
• Get up in appropriate way
• Scan for second attacker
