  • Side Straight Stab V1

    • Semi passive stance
    • Body defence combined with a low hand and high elbow
    • Stabilise and counter
    • Continue counter if possible and create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Side Straight Stab Mid to High

    • Semi passive stance
