• Fold arm inwards
• Generate power from core and hips
• Plant feet
• Recoil

• Semi passive stance
• Using 90 degree outside leg defence block kick
• Try to keep toes upwards
• Stabilise and counter with same hand
• Continue to counter
• Create space
