    • Falling forward keep body flat
    • Using inside of forearms
    • Displace impact energy with arm
    • Get into Ground Fight Stance
    • Get up in appropriate way

  • Ground Knife Threat to Left of Throat

    Episode 3

    • Bring feet up to your bum
    • Control stabilising arm pulling into your body as your redirect knife away from throat
    • Bridge that direction and roll onto attacker
    • Press and control attackers knife arm
    • Multiple counters and when safe to escape
    • Scan for second attacker

    • Stabilise
    • Using U-grips pluck and pull down and control arm
    • Step deep diagonally backwards as rotating body
    • Counter to groin whilst controlling the hand
    • Continue to counter
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker
