    To escape side choke:
    • Bring feet up to your bum
    • Pluck and control arm and finger tip press throat of attacker to create space
    • Pull bum onto the attackers thigh and your shin across their chest

    • Press attacker away with shin and continue to kick...

    • Falling side ways
    • Using outside of forearm
    • Roll over arm keeping facing forward
    • Create a figure 4 with your legs
    • Get uto feet

  • Side Breakfall

    • Falling side ways swing leg away from floor
    • Using inside of forearm
    • Displace impact energy with arm and side of body
    • Get into Ground Fight Stance
    • Get up in appropriate way
