  • Front Single Hand Choke

    • Semi passive stance and stabilise
    • Using opposite arm and leg, step back and palm strike attacker wrist
    • Repeat using other hand to fully break choke
    • Counter and create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Naked Choke V1

    • Stabilise
    • Using U-grip pluck and pull down and control arm
    • Turning head and body step deep diagonally backwards
    • Lift arm the side you are turning
    • Counter to groin
    • Continue to counter with hands and legs
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Double Hand Wrist Grab Non-aggressive V1

    • Stabilise
    • Pluck attackers arm and punch forwards with trapped arm
    • If still need to release one of attackers grips use elbow to elbow technique
