  • Strong Hand Shake V2

    Episode 1

    • Stabilise
    • Using chopping motion use blade of your hand to strike thumb as pulling hand away
    • Create space
    • Smile

  • Rear Double Hand Choke V1

    Episode 2

    • Deep shrug to weaken grip
    • With opposite arm and leg step forward / raise arm
    • Rotate body
    • Turn back and escape
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Side Headlock V2

    Episode 3

    • Stabilise
    • Turn head
    • Strike groin and push attacker away at base of spine
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Bear Hug with Arms Free

    Episode 4

    • Stabilise
    • Turning head and body sending huge backwards elbow
    • Repeat the others side
    • Spin free and counter with hands and legs
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

    Episode 5

    • Stabilise in semi passive stance
    • Rotate away and create space between
    • With inwards motion execute a double rotation
    • Create space in semi passive stance
    • Scan for second attacker

    Episode 6

    • Stabilise
    • Reach over attackers shoulder
    • Using other hand press attackers head away
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Hand Over Mouth Rear Restraint

    • Stabilise
    • Using U-grip pluck and pull down and control arm
    • Turning head and body step deep diagonally backwards
    • Counter with hands and legs
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Bear Hug with Arms Trapped

    • Stabilise
    • Using control arms to avoid becoming a choke
    • Turning head and body step deep diagonally backwards
    • Counter with hands and legs
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Front Single Hand Choke

    Episode 9

    • Semi passive stance and stabilise
    • Using opposite arm and leg, step back and palm strike attacker wrist
    • Repeat using other hand to fully break choke
    • Counter and create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Naked Choke V1

    Episode 10

    • Stabilise
    • Using U-grip pluck and pull down and control arm
    • Turning head and body step deep diagonally backwards
    • Lift arm the side you are turning
    • Counter to groin
    • Continue to counter with hands and legs
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Double Hand Wrist Grab Non-aggressive V1

    Episode 11

    • Stabilise
    • Pluck attackers arm and punch forwards with trapped arm
    • If still need to release one of attackers grips use elbow to elbow technique
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Front Double Hand Choke V2

    Episode 12

    • Semi passive stance and stabilise
    • Using opposite arm and leg, step back and palm strike attacker wrist
    • Repeat using other hand to fully break choke
    • Counter and create space
    • Scan for second attacker

    Episode 13

    • Semi passive stance and stabilise
    • Using opposite arm and leg, step back and raising arm
    • Rotate body to break grip
    • Rotate back with counter
    • Counter and create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Double Hand Wrist Grab Non-aggressive V2

    Episode 14

    • Clinch fist of hand being controlled
    • Grab own hand using an under grip
    • Pull and rotate your elbow over your attackers hand
    • Create space and go into semi-passive stance

    • Clinch fist of hand being controlled
    • Grab own hand using overhand grip
    • Pull and rotate your elbow over your attackers hand
    • Create space and go into semi-passive stance

  • Double Hand Side Choke V1

    Episode 16

    • Semi passive stance and stabilise
    • Pluck and control using U-grip turning 90 degrees
    • At same time palm strike and press attackers chin
    • Apply push and pull leverage
    • Release, counter and create space
    • Scan for second attacker

    Episode 17

    • Stabilise
    • Counter using arms and legs
    • Create space and escape
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Single Hand Wrist Grab Non-aggressive

    Episode 18

    • Stabilise
    • Rotate and deflect attackers front arm
    • Rotate and deflect attackers second hand
    • Counter with hand followed by legs
    • Continue to counter
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

    Episode 19

    • Stabilise in semi passive stance
    • Step under threats arm keeping your back straight
    • Rotate and press threat away
    • Create space in semi passive stance
    • Scan for second threat

  • Front Hair Pull

    Episode 20

    • Go 'with' the pull
    • Prepare to defend a knee strike with a 360 defence
    • Strike groin with other hand
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Forearm Choke against Wall

    Episode 21

    • Semi passive stance
    • Strike press attackers elbow off your neck with body defence
    • Counter and create space
    • Scan for second attacker

    Episode 22

    • Semi passive stance and stabilise
    • Double hand strike to face and press head away
    • Counter with kick to groin and create space
    • Scan for second attacker
