• Bring feet up to your bum
• Pluck and control arm the side you wish to bridge
• Bridge and press strike with other hand
• Keep feet flat, then either:
- Once attacker is off balance and falling to side roll away
or
- Continue ontop of attacker and counter before escaping
• Scan for second attacker
