  • Straight Snap Kick Defence - Feet

    • Semi passive stance
    • Block using either foot
    • Toe's in using front foot - toe's out using back foot
    • Combine foot and body defence
    • Move out of the channel and counter as soon as possible
    • Once threat over scan for other threats

  • Low Roundhouse Defence

    • Semi passive stance
    • Using 90 degree outside leg defence block kick
    • Try to keep toes upwards
    • Stabilise and counter with same hand
    • Continue to counter
