    • Throw attacker to floor
    • Counter if required
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Bear Hug Lifted

    • Hook foot around attackers leg
    • Send rear heel kick to attackers groin with other leg
    • Stabilise
    • Turning head and body sending huge backwards elbow
    • Repeat the others side
    • Spin free and counter with hands and legs
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker
