  • Rear Sleeper Choke

    Episode 1

    • Stabilise
    • Control arms
    • Drop body weight and rotate
    • Throw attacker to floor
    • Counter if required
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Bear Hug Lifted

    Episode 2

    • Hook foot around attackers leg
    • Send rear heel kick to attackers groin with other leg
    • Stabilise
    • Turning head and body sending huge backwards elbow
    • Repeat the others side
    • Spin free and counter with hands and legs
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Hair Pull

    Episode 3

    • Rotate and go 'with' the pull
    • Prepare to defend a knee strike with a 360 defence
    • Strike groin with other hand
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Single Hand Jacket Grab V3

    Episode 4

    • Stabilise in semi passive stance
    • Rotate over and under wrap
    • With other hand control shoulder
    • Counter with knee and kicks
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Guillotine V2

    Episode 5

    • Stabilise
    • Turn head towards attackers body
    • Pluck arms from throat, counter to groin
    • Send elbow vertically upwards
    • Create space by pressing attacker away
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Naked Choke V2

    Episode 6

    • Stabilise
    • Using U-grip pluck and pull down and control arm
    • Huge rotation 180 degree outside applying leverage to attackers shoulder
    • Counter to groin
    • Continue to counter with hands and legs
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Double Hand Side Choke V3

    Episode 7

    • Stabilise
    • Rotate and deflect attackers front arm
    • Rotate and deflect attackers second hand
    • Counter with hand followed by legs
    • Continue to counter
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Side Headlock V4

    Episode 8

    • Stabilise
    • Reach over attackers shoulder to attack eyes
    • Sit back and execute a rear leg sweep
    • Take attacker to ground and counter
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Rear Single Hand Jacket Grab

    Episode 9

    • Stabilise
    • Rotate backwards
    • Over wrap and strike attackers shoulder
    • Strike groin with kick or knee
    • Continue to counter if required
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

    • Stabilise
    • Step deep behind attacker
    • Counter using huge elbow
    • Continue to counter
    • Create space and escape
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Double Hand Jacket Grab with Takedown

    Episode 11

    • Semi passive stance
    • Reach over to furthest controlling hand
    • Undergrip and rotate bring other hand to double control
    • Control attackers hand ontop of your chest
    • Create downwards leverage on attackers wrist and step backwards
    • Counter with legs if required
    • Create space

  • Rear Double Hand Choke V3

    Episode 12

    • Deep shrug to weaken grip
    • Pluck using U-grip
    • Rotate body and counter
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Front Bear Hug Lifted

    Episode 13

    • Wrap leg behind attackers
    • Knee to the groin
    • Stabilise
    • Counter using arms and legs
    • Create space and escape
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Double Hand Jacket Grab with Control

    Episode 14

    • Semi passive stance
    • Reach over to furthest controlling hand
    • Undergrip and rotate causing leverage
    • Forearm strike attackers tricep
    • Step out and double control attackers hand in caviller lock
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Single Hand Jacket Grab with Leverage

    Episode 15

    • Stabilise in semi passive stance
    • With closest hand control grab
    • Cover grab with other have
    • Apply thumb leverage and press away
    • Create space in semi passive stance - smile
    • Scan for second threat

  • 1 Hand cross - non aggressive - wrist grab

    Episode 16

    • Semi passive stance 1 hand
    • rotate wrist in small circle clockwise
    • step out channel and apply force to back of tricep
    • Communicate and disengage or disable
    • Once threat over scan for other threats
