    • Bring elbow up, fold arm diagonally downwards
    • Generate power from core and hips
    • Plant feet
    • Recoil
    • Remember to strike through the target

    • Semi passive stance
    • Grab (if possible) threats lapels
    • Tilt head down and drive head forward pulling attacker towards you
    • Use neck muscle and drive through target
