• Get up in appropriate way -
Front Forward Roll
• Extend arms to break the fall
• Tuck chin into shoulder
• Curl into small ball rolling over opposite shoulder
• Create a figure 4 using your legs
• Continue to your feet -
Ground Bridging
• Bring feet up to your bum
• Keep feet flat and bridge
• Bridge Diagonally over shoulder towards 2 and 3 or 10 and 11 on a clock faceNB: Always train safely and within your ability
