  • Forearm Choke against Wall

    • Semi passive stance
    • Rotate over 180 degrees, wrap and lock
    • Send an kicks to attackers groin
    • When attacker subdued and dropped knife disengage

  • 1 Hand cross - non aggressive - wrist grab

    • Semi passive stance 1 hand
    • rotate wrist in small circle clockwise
    • step out channel and apply force to back of tricep
    • Communicate and disengage or disable
    • Once threat over scan for other threats

  • Side Headlock V3

    • Stabilise
    • Turn head
    • Reach over to attackers eyes
    • Strike groin and do huge hip thrust
    • Step round and hammer fist attacker
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Side Hair Pull

    • Rotate and go 'with' the pull
    • Prepare to defend a knee strike with a 360 defence
    • Strike groin with other hand
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Strong Hand Shake V1

    • Stabilise cover hand
    • Using closing grip leverage apply pressure to the thumb
    • Create space
    • Smile

  • Front Double Hand Choke V3

    • Semi passive stance and stabilise
    • Pluck and control using U-grip
    • At same time palm strike and press attackers chin
    • Apply push and pull leverage
    • Release, counter and create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Front Bear Hug with Arms Trapped

    • Stabilise
    • Counter to groin and double under wrap
    • Counter with knee
    • Rotate 90 degrees out of channel continue to counter
    - OPTIONAL: Control and escort possible
    • Create space
    • Scan for second attacker

  • Double Hand Side Choke V2

    • Semi passive stance and stabilise
    • Pluck and control using U-grip
    • At same time palm strike and press attackers chin
    • Apply push and pull leverage
    • Release, counter and create space

    • Using U-grip pluck and pull down and control arm
    • Turning head and body step deep diagonally backwards
    • Counter with hands and legs

    • Semi passive stance
    • Lower wrist and rotate body
    • Raise knee over their wrist
    • Press down using shin and pull hand away

    • Stabilize
    • Rotate body and free elbow
    • Vertical elbow strike
    • Rotate with other elbow
    • Create space or continue to attack
